TOWN OF HUME
February 1, 2012
A special meeting of the Hume Town Board, Allegany County, New York was held at the Town of Hume Office, 20 North Genesee Street, Fillmore, New York on February 1, 2012. Supervisor Dennis Ricketts called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM, and he led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Town officials in attendance included: Supervisor Dennis Ricketts; Council members Daniel Miller, Chris Austin and Bruce Hinz; Deputy Clerk Joanne Cockle.
Councilman Greg McKurth absent (had notified via email of a prior commitment).
This Special Board meeting was called to consider the Proposal and Agreement Form of E & M Engineers and Surveyors PC for necessary studies of Cold Creek. Discussion was held. Chris Austin made a motion for Dennis Ricketts, Town Supervisor, to sign the agreement and ask E & M Engineers to schedule an appointment to meet with the Board to discuss the Cold Creek project. If they cannot meet at the next Board meeting then set up a special meeting. Bruce Hinz seconded the motion, 4 ayes, 0 noes.
Supervisor Ricketts moved that the Board enter Executive Session at 7:26 pm, 4 ayes, 0 noes. Chris Austin made a motion to close Executive Session at 8:30 pm, seconded by Daniel Miller, 4 ayes, 0 noes.
MEETING
Motion was made by Chris Austin to change the regular Board meeting from February 8, 2012 to February 15, 2012, seconded by Daniel Miller, 4 ayes, 0 noes.
Motion was made by Daniel Miller to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Bruce Hinz, 4 ayes, 0 noes. Special Board meeting closed at 8:38 pm.
The next regular meeting of the Hume Town Board will be February 15, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Town Museum.
