TOWN OF HUME

PUBLIC HEARING

OCTOBER 27, 2009

The Hume Town Board, Allegany County, New York met on October 27, 2009 at 7:00 PM at the Town Museum, 10842 Claybed Road, Hume, New York.

In attendance were Supervisor Craig Smith; Council members Bryce Bower, Daniel Miller, Dennis Ricketts, and Robert Beil; and Clerk Sondra MacEwan.

After leading the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, Supervisor Smith declared the Public Hearing concerning the proposed 2010 Town of Hume Budget to be open.

There were no constituents present for the hearing, no inquiries had been made prior to the meeting, and no correspondence was received about the budget. After waiting a short interval for public involvement, Councilman Beil moved that the hearing be closed. Councilman Miller seconded the motion. Hearing declared closed at 7:10 PM.

Councilman Miller moved that the 2010 Budget for the Town of Hume be adopted; Councilman Ricketts seconded the motion. 5 ayes, 0 noes.

Councilman Ricketts moved to adjourn the meeting, and Councilman Beil seconded. 5 ayes, 0 noes. Meeting adjourned at 7:12 PM.
